Setting Up the Antivirus Continuous Monitoring (Shields)

If you have Spy Sweeper with AntiVirus, you can set up Spy Sweeper to continuously monitor your computer against viruses and to automatically handle viruses if they are found on your computer.

To set up antivirus continuous monitoring:

Start Spy Sweeper, if it is not already open, and display the main window.

In the icon panel, click Options.

For information about the icons in the Options tab, see Setting Up Continuous Monitoring (Shields).
Click the Shields tab.
The Shields tab displays.
Select the options you want to use.

Protect Against Viruses

If you have Spy Sweeper with AntiVirus, this option actively protects your computer from viruses attempting to infect your computer. This option is activated by default (automatically) and is recommended if you have Spy Sweeper with AntiVirus.
